The apartment complex is located in two old buildings. It has recently been renovated in order to provide the best use of available space.
All apartments have preserved their originals characteristics of typical mountain’s architecture: solid walls in stone and precious beams sun aged wood. The inner atmosphere is  one synthesis between ancient and modern. The restored furniture of the living rooms and the bedrooms are placed side by side to modern accessories in the kitchens and bathrooms. All the apartments have one or more balconies (and/or terraces), colour TV, outdoor car parking  and  laundromat (used as ski deposit during the winter season). Every apartments has his own meter (gas, electricity, heating). The lodgings are not provided with bed, bath and table linen.
