Seasonal, monthly, weekly and week-end rentals

For the periods of New Year's Eve, July and August please ask for specific quotations.

WEEKLY RATES (7 nights stay)

From 07.01 to 16.03

- 2 people: € 280,00;
- 3-4 people: € 470,00;
- 5-6 people: € 630,00.

From 31.03 to 30.06 and from 01.09 to 21.12

- 2 people: € 200,00;
- 3-4 people: € 350,00;
- 5-6 people: € 465,00.

WEEK-END RATES (2 days)

All year excluding the periods of New Year's Eve, Easter, July and August

- 2 people: € 85,00;
- 3-4 people: € 155,00;
- 5-6 people: € 205,00.

Electricity, water, gas and heating, will be charged according to meter.
Final cleaning minimum € 25,00 maximum € 50,00.
The apartments must be left entirely clean and free from trash; otherwise an extra fee of € 50,00 will be charged.


To confirm the reservations it is necessary to send a deposit, through postal money order to: Montesano Rosanna Fraz. Ruvère 22 – 11020 Antey Saint André (AO), Italy. equal to:

• 50% of the cost of the rent, for week end rentals;

• 30% of the cost of the rent, for seasonal, monthly and weekly rentals.
